Ephesians 4:11-16

The People need…

1. To be equipped (4:11-12a)
   1. The Lord gave leaders – 2 Cor. 4:5; Eph. 2:19-20, 3:4-5
   2. The leaders exist to equip people
2. To pursue maturity (4:12b-14)
   1. Maturity calls for work
   2. Maturity specifies ministry work
      1. Building the body of Christ
      2. Unity of faith and knowledge
      3. Christlike stability
3. To pursue growth (4:15-16)
   1. By the means of growth
   2. For the goal of growth

The Stewardship of the church is about…

1. The Pastor who oversees and lead by example
2. Deacons who serve
3. People who cause the body to grow
