AWANA Clubs are fun programs designed to bring children into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and equip them to serve Him.
There are four age grouped club programs, each of which uses games, wacky themes, small group interaction, individual achievement, and large group instruction.

At Evergreen, the clubs meet every Wednesday night during the school year. We do not have clubs on nights when school is not in session or when schools close due to weather (on bad weather days, see our “Welcome” page for news about cancellations).

The club time is from 6:30-8:15. Each club has its own cycle of activities including game time, handbook time, and council time. The four clubs are listed at the left and clicking on the image will take you to the web page for that club.

In addition to the regular club night activities, special events are arranged during the course of the year. Each club has its own traditions, but generally they all have some sort of outdoor adventure in the spring. When the weather is pleasant, games will often be played outside.

A favorite annual event is the AWANA Grand Prix. This is a race with pine cars on a gravity track. There are trophies for speed, car design, and originality of design (things that do not look like cars!). We have a great time with the whole family as we race against each other in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
