Cultivating lifelong learners (also called “disciples”) of Christ requires development of disciplines that infuse a student’s life with the Word of God, teaching them to love it and to love others enough to share it with them.

There are three main ways these disciplines are cultivated in our ministry:

1. Personal Bible studies
2. Small group accountability
3. Large group teaching times

Jesus taught like no one the world has ever known. He combined authority with creativity. His concepts were deep but His presentation was simple. He used His surroundings, examples and illustrations to teach in simple and clear ways. It is the goal of the Evergreen Youth Ministry to helps young people get excited about the Word of God resulting in applying it to themselves and sharing it with others.
